Physical Therapy Assistant

Essentia Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitative care. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and assist with mobility and functional training. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, monitoring patient progress, documenting care in the EMR, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values holistic care, professional growth, and community impact.
