WideXP has been growing since day one and continues to scale together with our clients and partners.Job Description • Manage your own schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions using Python and .NET • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems in production environments • Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions with measurable impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering • Drive best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and DevOps • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical decision-making • Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and maintainability • Report progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholdersRequirements • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on AI/ML exposure • Advanced proficiency in Python and solid experience with .NET (C#) • Strong experience designing and deploying machine learning or AI-based systems • Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and cloud-based solutions • Experience with data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and production AI systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environmentNice to Have • Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP solutions • Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining) • Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Knowledge of data engineering or big data frameworksJob Type • Contract • Full RemoteSalary • 55€/h – 70€/h**Job Location:** Full Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
