We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to anchor our F&B department. While you will step onto the floor to support our bustling outlets, your true superpower lies behind the scenes—building the organizational, analytical, and operational systems that empower our teams to deliver dazzling guest experiences. Your Role & Influence As a key operational anchor, you will oversee workflows across Le Moyne’s Chophouse , The Living Room lounge , Le Café , and our upscale banquet spaces. System Mastermind: Establish clear routines, manage inventory controls, streamline procurement, and oversee payroll support. Analytical Leader: Review financial data, spot trends, control liquor costs, and forecast inventory/staffing needs to maximize profitability. Team Developer: Directly lead and mentor service staff, assist with training, and champion a positive "servant leadership" culture. Brand Collaborator: Partner with marketing to generate sleek, on-brand social media content. Floor Support: Step into the outlets and banquet events during peak times to ensure flawless execution, step-in leadership, and pristine guest satisfaction. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of restaurant experience with at least 2 years in a restaurant management role. Skills: Exceptional personal organization, sharp financial/basic accounting acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage presentation. Leadership: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Certifications: Mobile County Food & Beverage Handler card required. Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager certifications within the first quarter (we pay for your ServSafe!).
