This role is designed for someone who's eager to learn, build confidence, and grow into a strong sales professional. You'll work closely with our team to connect with customers, learn the sales process from start to finish, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. If you're motivated, curious, and ready to take initiative, you'll fit right in.
The Opportunity
- Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email real conversations, real relationships
- Turn outreach into actual business learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal
- Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one
- Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot future you will thank present you
- Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence
- Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role

The Details
- Full-time, hourly position
- Office-based role
- Up to 20% travel over time
- Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Light lifting (about 15 lbs.)
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication skillsyou're comfortable talking with people and building rapport
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
