Support technical integration and governance activities across PE, with primary responsibility for supporting integration activities across multiple PE contracts including UDS (Unified Data Services), TCS (Technical Coordination Services), EMS (Enterprise Management Services), and other supporting contracts. Establish capacity management frameworks and facilitate cross-program technical coordination.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesIntegration Support:Serve as primary technical coordination point for PET across PE in support of PET integration teamFacilitate project integration from an engineering perspective throughout the acquisition lifecycleCoordinate integration activities across program boundaries and multiple PET support contracts (UDS, TCS, EMS)Identify integration gaps and dependencies across contract vehiclesImplement integration and migration planning across enterprise IT programsSupport dependency mapping and analysis activitiesCoordinate with systems integrators, software vendors, and specialized technical contractorsSupport PE Architecture IPT and integration working groupsAssist with API and interface design standards developmentSupport PE resiliency initiatives and current state assessmentsEnsure alignment of contractor deliverables with PET strategic objectivesSupport technical coordination meetings across PEZ contract teamsSupport contract performance monitoring and reporting to PE levelAssist with technical vendor oversight activitiesGovernance Support:Support establishment and implementation of IT governance frameworksAssist with development of decision authority frameworksSupport PE Governance EXCOM Board activitiesCoordinate PE to enterprise governance forums and external governance decision flowsSupport governance automation pilot initiatives (ServiceNow)Assist with IT standards development and compliance reviewsSupport strategic PE roadmap oversight activitiesHelp establish capacity management frameworksSupport RFC process management and ITB management functionsMinimum Qualifications9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.5+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical integration, or IT governanceDemonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple programs or contractsStrong understanding of systems engineering principles and integration methodologiesExperience with dependency mapping and technical coordinationKnowledge of IT governance frameworks and processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across organizational boundariesTS/SCI w/Poly clearance at time of hire.
