Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) with 3% employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Eight (8) paid holidays Continuing Education (CEU) allowance Annual professional license renewal reimbursement Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture Help build strong relationships within the local community and referral network Qualifications Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for delivering exceptional patient care Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development Why Join Us?
