About the Job Landscape Team Members: will be on a crew responsible for trimming, cleanups, plantings, mulching, edging, blowing, soil work, seeding, and weeding. Hardscape Team Members: work installing boulders, rocks, and pavers and occasionally performing carpentry and woodworking. May operate a bobcat, skid loader, or forklift depending on the job. Mowing Team Members: mow with commercial mowers, walk-behinds, and zero-turn mowers (training provided). What your day will look like During the regular season, our hours are typically 7 am to 5 pm. Must drive a company truck during work time and have a valid driver's license. Work outside in varying weather conditions. Perform essential groundskeeping services: planting, raking, mulching, pruning. Operate power tools such as trimmers, weed whips, edgers, and blowers. Fill out time tracking accurately for each location worked. Load equipment and materials each morning for the day. Perform basic cleaning & maintenance on tools and stock supplies each evening. When a customer is onsite, check in with them to ensure satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional workmanship & communication. In the winter, shovel, plow, and remove snow. Experience We’re flexible on the number of years of experience for this role! We favor talent and interest. Even if you did not finish high school, please apply anyway: there’s a good chance you’re more wonderful than you think. Requirements 18 years of age or older. Valid Driver’s License. Must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs regularly. A positive attitude and a desire to work outside.
