The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Commercial Finance Associate (3-5 years' experience) to join its transactional finance team in Texas. You will work on sophisticated lending transactions, from due diligence through closing, across multiple asset classes. Ideal candidates hold a JD, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and have experience in real estate-backed, securities-backed, or asset-based lending structures.
