Penetration Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration testing and red team engagements across network, web applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Perform adversary emulation, assume-breach exercises, and purple team activities.
• Assess security risks for acquisitions and new integrations.
• Develop and maintain offensive security tools, automation frameworks, and AI-powered security testing solutions.
• Create executive and technical reports detailing findings and remediation recommendations.
• Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security experience.
• Strong experience with at least three of the following:
• Network Security Testing
• Web Application Security
• Active Directory Attacks
• Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Social Engineering
• Programming experience in Python, Go, or C/C++.
• Experience developing security automation tools and offensive security frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container security, and cloud-native attacks.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, C2 frameworks, and adversary simulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• OSCP, OSEP, OSCE, CRTO, GXPN, or similar certifications.
• Experience with AI/LLM security, prompt injection, and AI-powered security testing.
• SaaS, multi-tenant cloud, or enterprise security experience.
• Published security research, CVEs, or conference presentations.
