Triage Nurse - Advanced Primary Care (FT) Full Time Hospital Prof Empl Whiteville, NC, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 2057 At Columbus Regional Healthcare System we offer professional growth and advancement for every employee. Job Description: Will provide appropriate screening, handling and routing of all incoming phone calls and ensure patient messages are taken appropriately with pertinent information via phone and/or EMR system. Will evaluate patient needs based on level of acuity; handle prescription refills; and provide timely communication with providers regarding patient care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the NC (or compact state) Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN. Preferred: Experience in a medical office.
