Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project planning within the manufacturing or power generation industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposes. Strong understanding of environmental impact considerations in industrial projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline. Experience with advanced project management software and tools beyond Microsoft Suite. Certification in Supply Chain Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSCP). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing environmental compliance in manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in complex industrial projects. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed master plans for manufacturing projects, incorporating timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Evaluate environmental impact assessments and integrate mitigation strategies into project planning to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to manage purchase orders and material flow effectively. Monitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to address potential risks or delays in power generation manufacturing processes. Prepare and deliver clear oral and written communications to stakeholders, providing updates, reports, and recommendations.
