Key Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or serve customers seated at counters Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously Prepare and present itemized checks, process payments, and operate cash registers Check identification to verify minimum age requirements for alcohol service Set up and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Assist with additional duties such as setting up tables, clearing dishes, and providing excellent guest service Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills for handling payments and checks Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions Ability to work weekends and holidays This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer.
