Service Desk Specialist

Description

This team is a 24x7x365 support desk that provides critical end user support for the 25k+ internal users at SAIC as well as overflow support for numerous programs for external customers. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and problem resolution via phone, email, and chat. T1 support commonly address issues such as network connectivity, VPN, M365, Outlook/Exchange, Active Directory account creation and password resets, and other issues.

Given the 24x7 operation, shift flexibility will be required for this role. A clearance is not required to start, but will be obtained in the future so candidates must be eligible for a Public Trust level clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure Ad), and DFS experience, PowerShell. IT IL v3 or v4 Foundations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
