Financial Director

Our Finance Director will lead and oversee all financial operations of our growing global companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal integrity, and helping position the company for continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the entertainment industry's most respected booking and talent buying agencies to play a pivotal role in shaping its financial future. You will oversee everything from financial modeling to artist contracts and event revenue to acquisitions and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization
• Oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance functions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support executive decision making and growth initiatives
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, deal structuring, and risk management
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and external financial partners
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, federal/state tax regulations, and entertainment industry contracts
• Review and negotiate financial terms of artist contracts, venue agreements, and vendor deals
• Oversee multi-currency financial management across international operations
• Build, mentor, and develop the internal finance and accounting team
• Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to ownership and stakeholders
• Recommend and optimize financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability across all business lines
• Oversee Human Resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development
