Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Linen Technician to join our event rental company. The Linen Technician will be responsible for cleaning, pressing, and maintaining linens to ensure they are in pristine condition for our events. This role also involves inventory management, quality checks, and ensuring timely preparation of linens for customer orders.

 

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Pressing Linens : Wash, dry, and press linens, including tablecloths, and chair covers, ensuring they are wrinkle-free and ready for use.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory of linens
• Organizing Linens : Fold, organize, and store linens in an orderly manner
• Inspecting Linens : Examine linens for stains, tears, or damage, and set aside any items that need repair or replacement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with linens, laundry operations is preferred
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Part-time
• No set hours - Work hours will vary based on business needs.  Some weeks may offer more hours than others. Applicants should be flexible and understand that schedules and available hours are subject to change based on operational requirements.
