Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirement

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating CNC equipment or Swiss Screw machines preferred
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and follow directions

Job Duties

• Set up and operate Swiss Screw and CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Program machine functions using computer commands
• Load raw materials and prepare machines for production
• Run first-piece inspections to verify specifications are met
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect and measure finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain production standards while working safely and efficiently

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do


As a CNC Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The CNC Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.


A successful CNC Operator understands machine operation, product inspection, material handling, and equipment monitoring while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Reliable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
