Responsibilities Respiratory Therapists assist in transportation of intubated patients with special emphasis in maintaining airways and providing adequate ventilation and oxygenation. Assess modalities of respiratory therapy, recommend changes—including improvements appropriate to the delivery of respiratory care. This is a full‑time, Night Flex position covering three 12.5‑hour shifts a week, with rotating weekends and holidays for our campus at NYP Westchester located in Bronxville, right across from the Metro North Train Station. Qualifications Minimum of an AAS Degree from an AMA‑approved program in Respiratory Care; eligible for certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Current NYS Respiratory Therapy licensure. BCLS certification. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
