Account Rep

An employer is looking for a Account Representative for an opportunity located in Georgetown KY. This individual will work directly with a set of customers supporting their material needs in the manufacturing space. These customers are repeat customers you will be working with week over week to ensure they are receiving the product needed to keep their production lines running. This includes receiving POs from customers then creating work orders for operations staff to ship material, updating internal and client systems, update client on where things are at in process, understand customer forecast and rundown rate, work cross functionally with procurement, accounting, and operations teams, and other duties as assigned. This role will require direct communication with customers via email and phone as needed. Ideally we are seeking someone with great attention to detail, is customer oriented, and has a passion for supply chain. This is an onsite opportunity with a compensation ranging from $20-25/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics or related industry
Strong computer skills - comfortable with Ms Excel (creating tables, simple formulas, etc.)
Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
Ability to commute to Georgetown KY


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

B2B Accounts Receivable Experience
Experience working with ERP System (EnterpriseOne preferred)
Experience working with suppliers, customers, and internal/external sales teams
Logistics or Supply Chain experience
