You will also play a key hands‑on role in multi‑state sales tax compliance, month‑end closing and our annual financial audits. You Have Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in accounting and prior experience in accounting in a professional setting. Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into detailed data and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Spend Management : Own the end-to-end vendor bill pay process, monthly employee credit card expense reporting, and 1099/W-9 vendor compliance. Asset & Revenue Accounting : Manage key financial accounting requirements such as fixed assets and depreciation, support monthly inventory variance analysis with Operations Team, and handle GAAP pledge and unearned revenue accounting entries. Financial Reconciliations & Compliance : Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage multi‑state sales tax reporting, and assist with month‑end closing entries. Projects & Cross-Functional Support : Prepare supporting workpapers for external auditors; collaborate on special financial analysis projects, process improvement and other mission‑critical initiatives with the Controller and team members.
