Practice Location:

• Combination of outpatient and/or inpatient Urology, maintain full continuity of care
• Outpatient clinic located at Sugar Creek location
• Call optional
• Large and stable referral network from Houston's largest multispecialty group

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• MD/DO
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
