Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Monitor access control activity by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and observing entry and exit points in accordance with site procedures for a financial institution location.
- Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, heightened awareness, and timely communication regarding unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
