Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $112,500 - $153,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care including medication selection, dosing, and monitoring for emergency department patients
• Develop and implement ED-specific medication protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in emergency responses such as codes, trauma, and stroke alerts
• Educate staff and support staff on medication use and safety
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes
• Engage in hospital-wide safety and quality committees

What You Need

• Kansas Pharmacist License
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of emergency medicine pharmacology and protocols

• Experience with medication protocols or ED-specific procedures
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

About the Role As a vital part of Salina Regional Health Center, you will support a 26-bed emergency department with a Level III Trauma Center designation, servicing over 36,000 ED visits annually.
