If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Write new CMM programs and refine existing ones (offline), preferably using PC-DMIS or equivalentDevelop strategies for high-precision aerospace component inspectionTroubleshoot programming errors, workholding issues, and optimize inspection flowCreate and maintain inspection process documentation and operator instructionsInterface with manufacturing, engineering, and inspection teamsPerform inspections on parts (including first article, prototype, and production)Validate programs, analyze measurement data, and generate reportsParticipate in (or pass) customer-administered CMM / GD&T certificationAnalyze and improve existing CMM inspection programs and strategiesWhat You Will Bring:Hands-on use of Blue Light / optical scanning systemsWorking experience with LK CAMIO, PC-DMIS, Calypso (ZEISS), PolyWorks Inspector, MCOSMOS (Mitutoyo), or CAMIO- Hexagon.Experience inspecting complex aerospace components (engine, turbine, or high-tolerance parts)Proficiency with PC-DMIS or similar CMM softwareStrong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and inspection theoryExperience with CAD /CAM is beneficialGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsPay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 a yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in North Berwick, ME. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
