Service Manager Salary: $88,400-$109,200/Year - DOE Contract: Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm with Rotating Saturday 7:30am-12pm Location: 209 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont, MN View phone number on click.appcast.io) We are seeking a Full Time Service Manager to help lead in daily operations in our Agricultural Equipment Dealership. This role is responsible to ensure high-quality repairs, technical guidance, overseeing service technicians with leadership, ensuring efficient work‑flow, all while maintaining department performance. Responsibilities Lead Service Department Train, develop and mentor service department staff Follow up with technicians Provide technical support to customers Conduct ongoing performance evaluations, promote additional training opportunities and provide feedback Maintain shop equipment to ensure a safe working environment Control and maintain department expenses Help build relationships to develop future technicians and possible internship opportunities with local schools and technical programs Qualifications Minimum 15 years experience of repairs related to agricultural equipment, construction equipment and diesel trucks, with strong knowledge of engines, powertrains and hydraulic systems Proven leadership experience Strong interpersonal, excellent customer service, organizational and problem solving skills Attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work extended hours during fall and spring Valid driver's license with a verifiable safe driving record Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance Life and disability insurance AFLAC supplemental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) SIMPLE IRA with company matching contribution Bereavement leave Paid Time Off: 90 hours of paid vacation 54 hours of paid sick leave 7 paid holidays Company-provided Uniforms Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
