Sr. Treasury Analyst

The Position The Sr. Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the finance function — will report directly to the Sr. Treasury Manager and will assist in treasury operations, cash positioning, and debt management reporting. STACK currently has over $15B of financing in place, and the Treasury team helps raise billions every year to finance ongoing development of a large real estate portfolio. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will support all facets of STACK’s treasury operations with a focus on debt management. Prepare monthly drawdown documents to facilitate debt funding across various sites Manage all debt service payments and reconciliations each month Manage all interest rate hedging related activities Allocate invoices to project budgets monthly and work with construction teams on change orders and/or budget changes Responsible for accurately initiating bank transactions including wire payments, ACH payments, and book transfers Perform vendor callbacks to confirm new banking information Assist accounting team with payment reconciliations and researching various transactions Work with AP team to confirm cash for monthly payment files to ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner Work with the accounting team to settle outstanding intercompany transactions Support treasury manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Provide support on special projects or additional duties when needed The Details Location: Denver, CO – Hybrid – In Office 3 days a week with 2 remote days Travel: Less than 5% Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening Must-have Qualifications Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred 1-3+ years prior work experience Proficient in MS Excel Ability to interpret financial data and knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience with REITs, Data Centers, NetSuite, Cube, TMS, or Banking portals are a plus Compensation Range $76,320.00 - $83,740.00 This Might Be Right For You If You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
