Why Join Us Competitive pay — $24–$28/hour, plus credit for experience A structured schedule — full-time, Monday–Friday Meaningful work — build genuine relationships with residents and teammates A supportive team — ongoing training to advance your career What You'll Do Manage census development and the admission/preadmission process, including verifying benefits, tracking census goals, and building the facility's reputation as a trusted resource Build and maintain a network of prospective resident contacts, generate leads, and report regularly on census and public relations activity to the Executive Director Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach, prospects, residents, and staff — communicating census policies, procedures, and payment-related matters clearly and professionally Track competitor and demographic data through facility visits and media/industry research, tailoring advertising and outreach accordingly Develop community relationships and outreach programs (senior organizations, banks, events, public speaking) to promote the facility Maintain accurate documentation (admissions, discharge, referrals, move-in/move-out) and support quality assurance, survey processes, and policy updates Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 18 years old Previous long-term care admissions experience required Benefits (for eligible employees) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
