• Number of Staff - 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday)
o Night Shift - Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs
• Patient Ratios - 5-6:1
• Type of equipment - Hoyer, CPM,
• EMR - Code Cart

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• 2yrs experience med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS
Floating Area(s):
• Medical Oncology

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - No Color

Weekends and On call
