Sales Development Representative
Sales Support & Lead Outreach Reach out to contractors and builders with active or upcoming construction projects. Promote our cost-efficient air grille products, emphasizing value without sacrificing quality. Engage leads via email, phone (using AirCall), and LinkedIn, using templates and scripts provided.
CRM Management (HubSpot) Import and organize leads from Permit databases and Apollo.io into HubSpot. Tag and segment leads by categories like Active Projects, Past Builders, Repeat Buyers, etc. Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records. Set up and optimize workflows, templates, and integrations (e.g., AirCall).
Lead Nurturing Follow up with builders who have completed previous jobs and offer pricing for upcoming projects. Send digital or physical catalogs and gather details on new construction opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers in HVAC and construction firms
