• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an accredited SLPA program completion

• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Dedication to providing inclusive, student-centered support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop appropriate IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, data, and reports in compliance with district and federal requirements
• Provide ongoing feedback and resources to educators and caregivers as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
