• No specific kitchen or restaurant experience needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
• Positive attitude
• Loves to serve and help others and values teamwork
• Demonstrates our "Core 4"
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Enjoys the same daily routine tasks
• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (even able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for several hours)

Relevant Skills:

• Working as a cook, in food preparation, or in other kitchen staff functions or serving our guests in a customer service role
• Working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment with a great team
• Producing high-quality food with precision and accuracy
• Applying proper food quality and safety procedures
