Pay: $19.00/hour + tips Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Schedule: Day Shifts with weekends, evenings, and holidays

The Daily Nosh is a new breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept in Downtown Roseville focused on quality, hospitality, and genuine guest connection. We're building a team that takes pride in their craft and creates memorable experiences for every guest.

We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering excellent service, and supporting both bar guests and service tickets.

What You'll Do

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests
• Execute service bar tickets quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Check IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work closely with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

Compensation & Compliance

• Hourly pay + tips
• Position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
• Meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with California law
• Employment is at-will

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (kegs, ice, cases)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
