Smile Break ofrece una vacante de Narrative Designer en un equipo de desarrollo de videojuegos remoto , orientado a un proyecto no anunciado dentro de una IP de alto perfil. Se trata de una oportunidad de tiempo completo para un perfil con experiencia en narrativa interactiva, en Remote . Descripción del puesto La persona seleccionada se unirá al equipo narrativo para construir una travesía serializada y ambiciosa que sumerje a la jugadora o jugador en el universo de una IP reconocida a nivel global. Tendrá autonomía para entregar narrativas de alto nivel en outlines, guiones y características del producto, colaborando de forma estrecha con otros departamentos. Funciones principales Demostrar experiencia en la creación e implementación de narrativas branching y guiadas por sistemas, con protagonismo de la jugadora o jugador. Contribuir de forma proactiva en la sala de guionistas al desarrollo de la historia. Diseñar esquemas narrativos alineados con los requisitos de la IP, los objetivos del producto y el alcance de arte, animación y producción. Escribir guiones con carga emocional y diálogos auténticos para un reparto amplio de personajes de la IP y originales. Colaborar entre departamentos, comunicando y aplicando comentarios de manera eficaz. Participar en el desarrollo de funciones narrativas y eventos. Apoyar la formación de perfiles más junior a medida que el equipo crece. Requisitos Experiencia en narrativa serializada para proyectos de videojuegos y/o TV de varios años. Sólidas habilidades de escritura, storytelling de RPG y diseño narrativo branching . Conocimiento de IP y entusiasmo por trabajar dentro de sus límites creativos. Comprensión de flujos de trabajo de desarrollo F2P y estrategias de monetización. Experiencia de implementación para convertir guiones en conversaciones dentro del juego, así como bloquear, iluminar y dirigir escenas de diálogo. Capacidad de organización, gestión de tareas y comunicación. Facilidad para coordinarse con equipos de Level Design, Engineering , Art, Animation , Audio y Production. Alto grado de integridad profesional y discreción. Se valorará Pasión por la escritura en equipo. Interés por los juegos, especialmente Narrative RPG y 4X Strategy. Familiaridad con herramientas habituales del sector como Unity, Jira, Confluence, Miro y Git. Experiencia en dirección, incluyendo bloqueo de personajes, posiciones de cámara y edición.
