Position -TRAVEL - RN - 6 NORTH ADULT PSYCH (668) - 6:45PM - 7:15AM (981713)

Must have : kill Set Most recruited for: Ability to work in stressful situations on a fast paced units that can have up to 10 discharges and admissions in a day.

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Ability to manage aggressive patients, critical thinking, patience, compassion, time management skills.

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Behavioral Health Experience

· Experience with different behavioral health populations.Eg: Adult, Child, Adolescent, Geriatric

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

· Behavioral Health Emergency responses to psychiatric emergencies, eg Aggressive patients, Rapid response, Code Blue, blood draws,

· IV’s, wound care.

Best personality Fit:

· Person who manages high stress situations well, someone who likes fast pace, avoids drama.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· CPI, BLS.

Other inpatient adult units, geriatric unit
