- Detail oriented, strong office suite
- Courteous as they will be answering the phones and directing phone calls for the state.
- General Office responsibilities
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Filing
- Owning the office machines and taking care of toner etc.
- Ordering job equipment - daily
- Booking Jobs
- Understanding the legal side to our contracts.
- Minutes for management meetings
- Scheduling events
- Permitting and processing costs
- Travel arrangements
- Training arrangements
- Working with the Sales Team
- Subcontractor and new vendor set up.
- Support of Office Manager and Management team when necessary
