EHS Specialist

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time EHS Specialist in the Carthage, TN area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
Support EHS programs, training, audits and compliance
Coordinate workers' compensation activities, including documentation, follow-ups, and return-to-work processes.
Support workplace medical emergencies, first aid response, and injury management activities.
Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Nursing or a similar role

Experience supporting safety programs within a manufacturing/industrial environment
CPR/First Aid certification
OSHA 30-hour certification
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective action tracking
