Senior Accountant Location: Puyallup, WA (On-site) Company Size: 200+ employees across multiple locations Addison Group specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals. Our client is a long‑standing textile products manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service. With multiple facilities across the Pacific Northwest, we are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant, who plays a key role in supporting financial operations, improving processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Base Pay Range $85,000 – $100,000 per year Position Overview The Senior Accountant will support daily accounting activities, month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. This person will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial data and support business decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Review and mentor more junior team members Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities Assist with external audits and work directly with auditors as needed Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of hands‑on accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus) Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or multi‑entity environments is highly valued Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits Base salary $85,000 – $100,000 dependent on experience Medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan PTO, discretionary bonus and paid holidays 100% in‑office position Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Addison Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
