Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional standards and ethics. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective condition management. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes per policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification. Preferred CPR certification.
