Job Title: Hospice RN – Location: Plum, PA, USA Overview View email address on click.appcast.io, in partnership with Allegheny Health Network, seeks a registered nurse to join our extraordinary care team. The role focuses on providing management and delivery of patient care plans within a collaborative, team‑based environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Support patients in Plum, PA, and surrounding areas. Ensure timely completion of clinical charting and documentation. Utilize mobile devices and electronic health record (EMR) software for patient care and communication. Maintain patient‑centric care while navigating flexible, 24/7/365 scheduling and after‑hours requirements. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school. At least two years of registered nursing experience, with hospice experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations. Strong commitment to meeting charting deadlines and self‑managing time and schedule. Experience using tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software for patient care documentation. Benefits Eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus.
