Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Step Down units is sought for multiple Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units in Morgantown, West Virginia. This resource pool position at the organization requires candidates to have Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active nursing license (willing to wait), Epic EMR experience, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), 2 years of clinical experience in Medsurg, Stepdown, or Tele units
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience, travel experience, well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, Oncology
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • This resource pool position is for ALL Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units at the designated organization.
  • Bed ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for Medsurg/Tele units.
  • Units include various inpatient and specialty units with up to 34 beds each, including trauma, neuro, oncology, and surgical units.
  • Charting System: Epic.
  • Trauma Level: 1.
  • Care setting: Acute.
  • The assignment begins on June 15, 2026.
