SPA Manager

Job Title: Manager – Operations Planning & Scheduling Location: Bismarck, USA • Salary: $20‑30 per hour Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze future flight schedules from 36‑365 days ahead to assess operational feasibility. Develop and evaluate new scheduling standards to meet operational needs and present proposals to operations and network planning teams. Coordinate with airports, NOC, operational and network planning units to align schedule design with operational demands. Represent the Operations Planning organization during hub and station visits, ensuring communication and alignment on schedule design and station capacity. Create materials for government‑level presentations and executive briefings. Provide data‑driven insights to the Customer Experience & Analytics team to support customer‑centric operations decisions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of experience in airline or community scheduling or operations. Understanding of airport and/or network operation functions. Knowledge of scheduling standards and hub economics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Reference check required to confirm qualifications. Reliable attendance is essential. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. 10+ years of experience in airline aircraft scheduling, routing, or hub operations. Proficiency with United scheduling tools (e.g., Timetable Manager, Airvision, FAM, SDO) and planning gate‑keeping tools.
