You provide the daily structure, safety, and support necessary for our clients to navigate the early stages of recovery. We are looking for:The Career Changer: Perhaps you’ve worked in hospitality, security, education, or retail and are looking for a career with a deeper sense of purpose.The Advocate: You may have a personal connection to the world of recovery, whether through your own journey or that of a loved one, and want to give back to the community.The Resilient Leader: You stay calm under pressure, enjoy helping others solve problems, and believe in the power of second chances.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Surveillance: Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and room checks to ensure a secure, drug-free environment.Clinical Documentation: Observe and record client behaviors in electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and objectivity.Case Support: Facilitate seamless admissions, discharges, and orientations for new residents.Crisis Management: Provide immediate de-escalation and crisis intervention using approved therapeutic techniques.Logistics & Support: Escort clients to off-site appointments; administer supervised toxicology screenings.Core CompetenciesProfessional Boundaries: Maintain a healthy, therapeutic rapport with clients while strictly adhering to ethical boundaries.Empathetic Accountability: Enforce program rules and protocols with consistency and patience.Peer Support Promotion: Encourage self-help concepts and peer-to-peer problem-solving.Discretion: Handle sensitive client information with absolute confidentiality (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2).Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.Compliance: Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment background checks and health screenings.Your skills.
