Maintenance Technician

National Property Management Company seeks a full‑time Maintenance Technician to maintain a prestigious apartment community. Position Overview Under the supervision of the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property. Job Duties Perform all maintenance and repairs assigned at the property. Complete work orders efficiently and courteously. Inspect buildings, roofs, and common areas regularly. Ensure job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with established procedures. Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure manner. Requirements Full‑time position. HVAC certification required or willingness to obtain certification within six months. Availability for 24‑hour on‑call service as assigned. Basic hand tools to perform duties. Good history of dependability and job performance. Minimum of two years experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician preferred. Current and valid Driver’s License.
