About The Position: Allstaff is actively recruiting a personable and adaptable Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team. Position Summary: The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates and determining skill and proper fit for our clients along with managing employee relations.
