Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support health and safety operations at an active data center construction/project site. This position will help promote a safe work environment, monitor compliance with safety procedures, and work closely with field personnel and contractors to identify and address potential hazards. Responsibilities Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements. Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee safety training. Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Monitor PPE use, fall protection, housekeeping, and safe work practices. Communicate safety requirements to employees, subcontractors, and site leadership. Maintain safety documentation, inspection records, and reports. Assist with implementing and enforcing site safety policies and procedures. Requirements OSHA 30 certification required. 1+ year of safety experience required. Experience in construction, industrial, or data center environments preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
