Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Consumer Service Rep in Fremont, MI . This is a great opportunity to further your customer service skills. Responsibilities for a Consumer Services Representative include but are not limited to:

• Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions while providing exceptional customer service.

• Resolve consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

• Process eCommerce transactions and support promotional programs.

• Provide product and nutrition information using approved company resources.

• Deliver personalized solutions that drive customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.

• Accurately document consumer interactions using CRM systems and product information tools.

 

Candidates for Consumer Services Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous call center, customer service, or consumer support experience.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Pay: $17.17/hr

Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday; Day shift (The shift can start anywhere between 10am-2pm. 40 hours per week)

Pay Details: $17.17 per hour
