Key Qualifications: Active Arizona Department of Education certificate Valid IVP Fingerprint Card Strong skills in assessment, student counseling, and intervention planning Prior experience or comfort working with caseloads of approximately 60 students Proficient with Google Suite applications and familiarity with Synergy is highly desirable Ability to complete evaluations with pen and paper Demonstrated self-motivationready to independently manage responsibilities from the start Responsibilities: Deliver psychoeducational assessments and participate in evaluationsup to an average of 12 per day Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students across grade levels Interpret assessment results and make tailored recommendations for educational plans Track caseload progress and maintain accurate, confidential records Travel between campuses as assigned according to weekly schedules As part of a dedicated special education department, youll find professional support, opportunities for impactful work, and the ability to help shape a positive school climate.
