Duties Participate in complex bankruptcy cases Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents Collaborate with a team on creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters Engage with clients to provide legal advice and representation Requirements Three to six years of bankruptcy practice experience Licensed to practice law in Georgia Judicial clerkship experience for a bankruptcy judge is a plus Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications State Bar admission in Georgia.
