Summary:

- OR RN circulator, scrub experience preferred.- Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only- Certifications: BLS- Experience: 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required)- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission.- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and the profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission will not accept anything pending.- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.- Facility does not accept any license hits.
