- LIVE AFTERNOONSFredericksburg, VAPosted about 5 hours agoCentennial Broadcasting## Job DescriptionAfternoon Drive Host – B101.5 (WBQB) | Fredericksburg, VA Centennial Broadcasting's Hot Adult Contemporary B101.5 (WBQB), Fredericksburg, Virginia, has an extremely rare full-time opening for an Afternoon Drive Host (Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.). We're seeking a seasoned, engaging on-air talent to lead a dynamic four-hour afternoon show that combines great music, compelling content, and meaningful listener interaction with the energy and personality often associated with a morning show. The ideal candidate is a team player who understands the value of thorough show prep and can connect with listeners both on-air and online. Strong production skills are essential, along with the ability to handle voice tracking, commercial and imaging production, social media engagement, and remote broadcasts with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity as our current Afternoon Drive host has held the position for nearly 30 years and is transitioning to a new role within Centennial Broadcasting.
