What you’ll do:

 Install projects with the supervision of a foreman and managers.

 Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery

 Help the foreman work with laborers

 Oversee outdoor and indoor construction projects

 Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your

leadership skills

 Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction

What is required:

 Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate construction equipment

 Experience in general construction... framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors,

windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

 Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team

 Physical ability to work in all seasons

 A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism

 Bilingual candidates are a plus
